DS4300  Product Description:
The IBM TotalStorage DS4300 is a mid-level disk system that can scale to over 16 terabytes of fibre channel disk physical capacity using 3 EXP710s, over thirty three terabytes of fibre channel disk physical capacity with the Turbo feature using 7 EXP710s. It uses the latest in storage networking technology to provide an end-to-end 2 Gbps Fibre Channel solution. As part of the IBM DS4000 mid-range disk systems family, the DS4300, and DS4300 with Turbo use the same common storage management software and high performance hardware design, providing clients with enterprise like capabilities found in mid to high end models, but at a much lower cost.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
