The IBM 1726-21X System Storage DS3200 external storage enclosures are designed to be an easy, scalable, flexible, and affordable solution for System x and BladeCenter servers. The DS3200 is a 3Gb external SAS storage solution that is easy to deploy and manage. Available in single and dual controller models, the DS3200 scales in capacity to support a total of 48 hard disk drives by using the EXP3000 expansion unit. The DS3200 is a direct-attach solution for System x servers, and enables small and medium businesses manage their fast-growing data capacity requirements on an affordable budget.

Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
