The IBM 25R0012 LTO Generation 3 SCSI Tape Drive is a high-density, entry- to mid range LTO tape drive offering availability for internal or external in- stallation in xSeries servers. It provides investment protection for those who have standardized on LTO tape technology. Its economical internal installation capability should be emphasized to customers purchasing new entry to mid-range xSeries servers. This backup subsystem is reliable and convenient, and complements an xSeries network server solution.

• Up to 80MB transfer rat, up to 160MB with onboard compression, assuming 2:1 compression ratio
• 400GB capacity, up to 800GB with onboard compression, assuming 2:1 compression ration
• Speedy transfer rate (288GB/hr native; up to 576GB/hr compressed) decreases system time allotted to backups, frees system and IT resources, operating power 28 watts
• Sixteen-channel read-while arite speeds the operation of the drive and ensures data integrity
• Support for Ultra160 or Ultra320 SCSI controllers

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
