Cisco 1GB Cisco Systems 12000 PRP Memory SDRAM DIMM Upgrade (p/n MEM-PRP-1G=)
The default route memory configuration is 128 MB. If the GRP is currently equipped with one 64-MB DIMM in socket U39, you can upgrade memory by installing a second 64-MB DIMM in socket U42, or by removing the existing 64-MB DIMM and replacing it with one 128-MB DIMM.

RICOM sells new and used Cisco 2MEM-PRP-1G memory upgrades. For compatible 2MEM-PRP-1G solutions, please contact a RICOM sales representative.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
