CALLMASTER phones do not have a physical switchhook and cradle. They become active when a headset is plugged in. The release button ends the call. They are best suited for a Call Center environment, or any application where calls are taken one after another. The CALLMASTER IV is a multi-appearance digital voice terminals used primarily as a Call Management or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) position. The CALLMASTER IV is equipped with a 2-line by 40-character display that can be used to provide information on incoming and outgoing calls. The unit can be programmed to enter an After-Call Work State following each call for the completion of service paperwork and can be configured for zip tone operation where calls follow one another in a rapid sequence.  RICOM sells used refurbished Callmaster IV tel sets.

The 603F1 CALLMASTER, called the CALLMASTER IV, comes in only one model; it is equipped with a Recorder Interface.

The CALLMASTER IV (603F) is replacing the CALLMASTER (602A and 602D), CALLMASTER II (603D) and CALLMASTER III (603E).

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
