This high-performance, multifunction server adapter is capable of supporting TOE (TCP/IP Offload Engine), accelerated iSCSI (Internet Small Computer System Interface), and RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) over a single network connection. The TOE, accelerated iSCSI, and RDMA multifunction features are planned for future, near-term releases for both Linux and Windows operating systems

The 414129-B21 NC510C is a cost-effective 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) solution can be built by combing the ProLiant 10GbE server adapters with the Force10 Networks S2410 high performance, low latency switch. The S2410 provides up to twenty-four CX4 or SR 10GbE ports in a single 1U rack-mounted chassis ideal for connection to NC510C and NC510F enabled servers.
