HP introduces the next generation 458928-B21 SATA drives that are designed for the reliability and larger capacities demanded by today's entry server and external storage environments. The new SATA portfolio will now be categorized into two categories: Entry (ETY) and Midline (MDL) drives. HP SATA Entry drives are the lowest unit-cost solution for entry-level servers. HP SATA Midline drives are designed with economical reliability and performance for external storage, backups and archival applications. The 458928-B21 high capacity drives provide the lowest $/GB to our customers. Both Entry and Midline SATA drives provide the best price advantage for nonmission critical applications with low workloads of 40% or less. New HP SATA drives are available 458928-B21 come with a standard one year warranty.

Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
