1. Maximum of 16GB of system memory is available by adding a 2GB PC2-3200 ECC DDR2 SDRAM RDIMM in each of the eight DIMM slots.
2. Chipkill and non-chipkill memory can be mixed. The chipkill DIMMs should be installed as a pair and the non-chipkill DIMMs should be installed as the other pair.
3. Chipkill DIMMS need to be installed in pairs.

Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
