The Avaya G250 gateway provides enterprise communication using an advanced IP WAN router, a VPN gateway and LAN switch. The G250 gatway is a 2U high 19" rack mount unit. The Avaya G250 Gateway allows customers the ability to communicate it's campus environment out to remote locations.  The Avaya G250 gateway is perfect for for remote office locations requiring  2 to 14 line extensions. The Avaya G250 is powered by a centralized Avaya Media Server which operates Avaya Communication Manager.  The TDM/IP system provides seamless configurations and communications amongst a wide variety of analog, digital, H.323, and SIP-based IP telephony devices and applications.  The G250 secures VoIP streaming media by using an Advanced Encryption Standard.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
