Designed for basic data protection, the HP StorageWorks 1/8 Tape Autoloader provides cost-effective, easy-to-install unattended backup. No more struggling to remember to change tapes or start backup programs. Reliable backup equals peace of mind.
Equally at home in a data-center rack or on a desk next to the office server, the HP C9572CB 1/8 Tape Autoloader in a 2U form factor is equipped with either an Ultrium 960, Ultrium 448, SDLT 320 or Ultrium 232 tape drive and can hold up to eight cartridges. The autoloader can be used in either a direct-attached backup to a single server or across the LAN. The autoloader is an ideal consolidated backup solution for multiple servers where high throughput and high capacity are required. The box contains the autoloader, power cord, SCSI cable, LVD SCSI terminator, installation guide, and product manual. All models come with HP StorageWorks Data Protector Express, Single Server Edition for Windows/Linux/NetWare and HP OpenView Storage Data Protector, Single Server Edition for Windows. At an affordable price, the HP C9572CB 1/8 Tape Autoloader is a complete solution in the box. An optional accessory kit is available for rack-mounting the unit. Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
