Shopricom is a leading supplier of Cisco networking products. Cisco 2821-HSEC/K9 is a high security switch designed for small, medium, and enterprise setups. This switch is ideally meant for wire-speed transmission of secured concurrent services such as voice, data, video, wireless and security across a network. Cisco 2821 is capable of accommodating several E1/ T1 connections.

Integrated with 256MB RAM, 64MB Flash, AIM (advanced integration module) – VPN (virtual private network)/ EPII PLUS, and IOS advanced internet protocol (IP) services, this enterprise switch is capable of transmitting data over a completely secured network. Endowed with two 10/100/1000Mbps inbuilt ports and support for a maximum of 64 10/100Mbps ports with optional PoE (power over ethernet) connectivity this module has multiple functionalities. This Cisco switch is capable of delivering DC power to 1500 virtual private network (VPN) channels, IP (internet protocol) phones, CME (Call Manager  Express) support for 96 Cisco IP phones, and Cisco SRST (Survival Remote Site Telephony) support also for 96 Cisco IP phones. This DC power supply ensures voice service support even in cases of CME (Call Manager Express) failure.

Cisco 2821-HSEC/K9 also supports Gigabit Ethernet port with SFP (small form factor pluggable) connectivity, wireless LAN with 802.11a/b/g connections, and integrated RPS (redundant power supply) connector.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
