The CP-7931G's dedicated hold, redial, and transfer keys facilitate call handling in a retail environment.  lluminated mute and speakerphone keys give the CP-7931G IP Phone a clear indication of speaker status. A pixel-based display with a white backlight makes calling information easy to see, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) services deliver a rich user experience. The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7931G offers numerous important security features plus the choice of IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or local power through an optional power adaptor.   The Cisco 7931G is supported by Cisco Unified CallManager Express Version 4.0(2); it is not supported by Cisco Unified CallManager at this time. The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7931G is supported Cisco Unified CallManager new releases.  Cisco Unified IP Phone 7931G offers a great feature set  with multiple line keys in a more streamline industrial design. The Cisco 7931G has a smaller LCD display.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
