The Arista Arista DCS-7140T-8S-F switch offers performance, low latency, layer 2- 3 -4, 1/10 GB Ethernet. The Arista Arista DCS-7140T-8S-F are configured with 24 or 48-ports, with auto negotiating 1/10GBASE-T ports with standard RJ-45 connectors and SFP+ uplink ports. The 7100T switches support redundant, hot-swappable power and cooling in 1RU and offer front-to-rear airflow when mounted in either direction. Positioned for data center server access, the 7100T switches offer backwards compatibility with standard Gigabit Ethernet cabling and investment protection as customers migrate from Gigabit to 10 Gigabit Ethernet.

The Arista DCS-7140T-8S-F switch support 10GBASE-T over Cat6a cabling with a distance up to 100 meters.  The switch also supports Cat 5e,  and Cat6 cabling with distances up to 55m.  Arista's swithces offer high density auto negotiating 10GBASE-T.  The Arista es is a family of high performance, low latency, layer 2/3/4, 1/10 Gigabit Ethernet data center switches. The latest series additions, the Arista 7100T switches, include 24 and 48-port models with auto-negotiating 1/10GBASE-T ports with standard RJ-45 connectors and SFP+ uplink ports. The switches support redundant, hot swap power supplies and cooling fans ona 1RU chassis that give front-to-rear airflow. When used accross customers datacenters, the DCS-7140T-8S-F switch is backwards compatibility with standard GB Ethernet cabling between 1GB - 10GB.

The switches operates with latency maintaining consistentcy when run with various packet sizes  or speed through its ports @ 10 Gigabit speeds. Multicast and broadcast throughput is also very consistent at all packet sizes, maintaining line rate performance with no packet drops. This means that multimedia applications such as content delivery and video conferencing can be used in the network in a reliable and effective way

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
