The Avaya G350 provides a converged networking solution that bundles IP telephony, advanced IP WAN router, a VPN Gateway, and LAN switch into a.  The device is a compact (3U) modular chassis. The Avaya G350 is a complete voice/data networking solution and is ally suited for enterprises with distributed branch office locations using 8-72 extensions. Customer using the avaya g350 are supported  in an evolution to recent protocols such as H.323 or SIP-based telephony. An advanced TDM/IP architecture provides seamless connectivity and communications between a wide variety of analog, digital, H.323, and SIP-based telephony devices and applications. For communications security, the G350 can secure VoIP media streams using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), approved for use by U.S. Government agencies to protect sensitive information.

The Avaya G350 offers customers an edge router supporting the consolidation of voice and data traffic over IP.  Customers can install IP WAN media modules supporting PPP Frame Relay connectivity over E1/T1 or Universal Serial Port (USP) interfaces. The Avaya G350 media gateway can connect to an external WAN using a 10/100 Ethernet WAN router port.  The WAN can support traffic shaping to match data transfer rates with available WAN bandwidth.  RICOM sells refurbished, used Avaya G350 gateways.

The following limitations apply to stations and trunks in the G350:

• Up to a total of 72 stations (any mix of analog, DCP, IP)
• Up to a total of 60 trunks, subject to the following restrictions:up
• to 2 E1 (T1) trunksup
• to 40 analog trunksup
• to 32 IP trunks at G711
• Up to a total of 132 TDM stations and trunks
• The following limitations apply to combining media modules in the G350:
• The MM760 is not supported
• No more than two of the following media modules

• No more than three of the following media modules
• MM716
• MM717

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
