Cisco HWIC-2A/S 2-Port Asynchronous/ Synchronous Serial WAN Interface Card helps customer enable applications such as WAN access, legacy protocol transport, console server, and dial access server. Serial and synchronous/ asynchronous ports are ideally suited to transport legacy traffic across a TCP/IP network, facilitating network convergence and eliminating costly separate leased lines for this traffic. RICOM offers both new and refurbished HWIC-2A/S cards.

Six types of serial cables (also called serial adapter cables or serial transition cables) are available from Cisco for 1- and 2-port serial Cisco HWIC-2A/S:

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
