Secure Services Gateway (SSG) 500 Series platforms are designed to complement the four on-board 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaceswith expanded Ethernet connectivity options. The JXE-1GE-TX-S  can beinstalled in the high-speed I/O slots on both the SSG 520 and SSG550. The three available EPIMs for the Secure Services Gateway 500Series include:• 1 port 10/100/1000 copper Ethernet EPIM.  The EPIMs leverage a separate high speed bus that provides nonblockingaccess to each of the cards to maximize performance. Notethat the EPIMs are not compatible with the J-series Services Routers.Features• The SSG 550 can support up to four EPIMs plus two PIMs (DS3,T1/E1, or Serial) while the SSG 520 can support up to two EPIMs plusfour PIMs.• Supports full VLAN ID range (1-4096) with the total configured beinglimited to the maximum number of VLANs specified by the basesystems.• EPIM configuration can be accomplished through CLI, WebUI orNetScreen Security-Manager.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
