The M1000e is optimized for use with all Dell PowerEdge Blades.  The M1000e offers the newest I/O, power and cooling chassis.  The Dell M1000e Server dell blade server modules, network, storage, & interconnect moduals, a high available passive midplane that connects the blade server modules to the chassis components, power supplies, fans, integrated KVM and Chassis Management Controllers (CMC). The PowerEdge M1000e uses redundant and hot‐pluggable features that provide true uptime.  The Dell m1000e blade can support either Intel and AMD CPUs and can be confugured together in the M1000e server chassis.  The Dell M1000e supports up to sixteen half-height or 8 full-height server modules.  The M1000e chassis enclosure supports up to 16 half‐height or 8 full-height server modules, each occupying a slot accessible in the front of the enclosure.  The PowerEdge M1000e chassis comes standard with 9 hot-swappable, redundant fan modules that are distributed evenly across the enclosure.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
