Memory Options

Cisco 3620 routers are shipped with 8 MB of system Flash memory and 32 MB of DRAM. They support a maximum of 32 MB of Flash memory and 64 MB of DRAM.

Cisco 3640 routers are shipped with 8 MB of system Flash memory and 32 MB of DRAM. They support a maximum of 32 MB of Flash memory and 128 MB of DRAM.

Cisco 3661 and Cisco 3661 routers are shipped with 8 MB of system Flash memory (16 MB for Telco models Cisco 3662-AC-CO and Cisco 3662-DC-CO) and 32 MB of DRAM. They support a maximum of 64 MB of Flash memory and 256 MB of DRAM.

All models support PCMCIA Flash memory cards, available in 4 MB to 16 MB sizes.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
