The Avaya MM710B is designed for the S8300 Media Server and the Avaya Media Gateway. The Avaya MM710B Media Modules convert voice path of traditional circuits e.g. analog trunk, T1/E1, and DCP to a TDM bus. The VoIP engine then converts the voice path from the TDM bus to a compressed or uncompressed and packetized VoIP on an Ethernet connection. 

The Avaya MM710B terminates a T1 or E1 connection. The MM710 has built-in Channel Service Unit (CSU) so an external CSU is not necessary. The CSU is only used for the T1 circuit. The Avaya MM710B Media Module faceplate displays four LEDs that indicate the following conditions:  ALM, TST, ACT, SIG.  The MM710B is supported in G350, G450, and G700 Media Gateways

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
