RICOM offers the Dell EqualLogic PS6010X which is a virtualized iSCSI SAN that combines intelligence and automation with fault tolerance to provide simplified administration, rapid deployment, enterprise performance and of course reliability. With 10K RPM SAS disk drives, the PS6010X array provides up to 9.6TB of storage for an excellent balance of cost-effective performance and capacity. The PS6010 line features a redesigned 10GbE dual-port controller that delivers up to 10 times the bandwidth per port and 2.5 times the bandwidth per array compared to previous generations.

All PS Series storage arrays include SAN configuration features and capabilities that sense network connections, automatically build RAID sets, and conduct system health checks to help ensure that all components are fully functional. A PS6010E is designed to be installed, configured, and serving storage in less than one hour.

Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
