RICOM offers Dell MD3200i SAN storage arrays at a cost savings to the customer.  The Dell MD3200i improves storage utilization by pooling storage resources.  Less complicated than fibre channel connectivity, the MD3200i uses ethernet which is easy to configure and inexpensive compared to fibre channel.

MD3200i/MD3220i arrays enable you to mix and match components to create your optimal tiered-storage environment.  Deploy up to 96 HDDs by simply plugging in PowerVault MD1200 and/or PowerVault MD1220 enclosures behind MD3200i arrays. This means you can scale your system with a mix of both 3.5” and 2.5” hard drives.  In dual-controller systems, hot plug additional storage enclosures without shutting down the system.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
