The Dell PowerVault NX3000 rackmount 1U NAS solution offers you simple, dedicated data sharing.  The Dell PowerVault NX3000 is an entry level NAS system that utilizes Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2008.  You can share files across Windows and non-Windows client systems.  Dell PowerVault NX3000 rackmount 1U NAS systems can be expanded by adding MD1000, MD1120 or an MD3000.  It can also act as a gateway to your Equallogic or Dell/EMC array.

Where will my order ship from?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
