QLogic HBAs have been deployed in major server and storage OEMs and are known for their robustness, reliability, and performance. QLogic supports PCI Express with the QLE2360 (single FC port) and QLE2362 (dual FC port) PCI Express to 2-Gbps Fibre Channnel HBAs. These FC HBAs are targeted for servers in direct attached storage (DAS) as well as storage area network (SAN) environments.  PCI Express is a serial host bus that provides higher throughputs, lower pin counts, and ease of scalability.  This technology is being adopted major server OEMs. PCI Express x4, supported by the QLE2360/2362, provides 2-Gbps host bus speeds, addressing increasing higher throughput requirements.  The QLE2360/2362 has an enhanced RISC processor on the FC controller chip, providing up to 160,000 I/Os per second by having completely independent, internal resources for each port.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
