The Sun SELX1A1Z SPARC64 VII enhances the high performance and high reliability features of SPARC64 V and further boosts performance using multi-core and multi-thread per core technology imbedded on a single CPU chip. The Sun SELX1A1Z  SPARC64 VII has 4 cores per CPU chip, SPARC64 VI has 2 cores per CPU chip.  The multi-core, multi thread per core, and large on chip cache memory provides a significant boost over single chip performance. Multi-threading technology minimizes CPU core wait times and increases CPU core utilization. In the Sun SELX1A1Z  SPARC64 VII, SMT (Simultaneous Multithreading) enables two threads running in parallel. In SPARC64 VI, VMT(Vertical Multithreading) enables efficient thread execution.  A large level2 cache memory seriously shrinks memory latency.  SPARC64 V high performance technologies such as super scalar, Out-of-Order execution, branch prediction and non-blocking cache are maintained.   SPARC Enterprise with high-performance Sun SELX1A1Z  SPARC64 VII/VI chips provides supreme performance across a wide range of applications including large-scale transaction processing.

Multi-core

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
