The Cisco SPA-IPSEC-2G IPSec VPN Shared Port Adapter (SPA) is a high-speed IPSec module for the Cisco 7600 Series Internet Router and Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switch that provides infrastructure-integrated IPSec VPN services to meet the need for ubiquitous connectivity and increased bandwidth requirements.

Using the Cisco 7600 Series/Catalyst 6500 Series Services SPA Carrier-400, each slot of the Cisco Catalyst 6500 or Cisco 7600 can support up to two Cisco Cisco SPA-IPSEC-2G cards. Although the Cisco IPSec VPN SPA does not have physical WAN or LAN interfaces, it takes advantage of the breadth of LAN and WAN interfaces of each of the platforms.

• Integration with network infrastructure - Incorporating VPN into the Catalyst 6500 Switch and 7600 Internet Router secures the network without the need for extra overlay equipment or network alterations.
• High performance and scalability - Incorporating the latest in encryption hardware acceleration technology, the IPSec VPN SPA can deliver up to 2.5 Gbps of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) traffic and terminate up to 8,000 IPSec tunnels simultaneously at an accelerated rate compared with current offerings.
• Advanced security services - Enables simplified deployment of secure campus, provider-edge, VPN termination, and secure converged network services, such as voice over IP (VoIP) and storage area networks, by integrating encryption, authentication, and integrity to network services.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
