The TN790B is very similar to the TN790. The circuit pack is designed to handle errors that are associated with the EM-BUS and is required for use of the C-LAN (TN799) and NetPkt (TN794) circuit packs in R7 and later. Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
