Cisco XENPAK-10GB-LX4: Supports link lengths of 300m on standard Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI) grade multimode fiber (MMF). To ensure that specifications are met, the transmitter output should be coupled through a mode conditioning patch cord.  The Cisco XENPAK-10GB-LX4 transceiver supports link lengths of 300 meters on standard Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI) grade multimode fiber (MMF). To ensure that specifications are met, the transmitter output from the LX4 transceiver should be coupled through a mode conditioning patch cord. Cisco offers two mode conditioning patch cords: CAB-GELX-625= for 62.5 micron MMF (dual SC connectors) and CAB-MCP50-SC= for 50 micron MMF (dual SC connectors).

Our corporate headquarters is located in Irvine California where shipments and logistics are managed.  RICOM utilizes over 700 warehouses and fulfillment centers worldwide to improve availability, and ease delivery.  Obtain a freight estimate online or by contacting a RICOM representative.

Can you ship on my freight account?
Yes. Please contact a RICOM representative for details.  UPS, FedEx, and TNT are preferred for parcel shipments.  LTL shipments can be setup with a variety of other carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICOM ships worldwide. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience in international shipping methods as well as working with customs regulations.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranties range from 30 days to one year depending on the manufacturer.  We offer certified extended warranty programs on most equipment through the manufacturer.
