Defective Items
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on
products within 30 days of original invoice date. RICOM
shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a
credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item
and return it to you. All defective product returned to
RICOM must be accompanied by a return material authorization number.

Returns
All products returned within 30 days may be subject to a minimum
manufacturer's restocking fee of 25%. All returns must be accompanied by
a return material authorization number (RMA number)
Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type,
will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only
one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA
numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received
within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for
shipping costs of all returns. Custom configured systems, discontinued,
or damaged Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special
order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund.
Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is
unopened. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be
accepted by RICOM for return. Defective software may be
returned for exchange with the same product only.
Refund
Refunds are applicable if RICOM is authorized to sell
the product and the manufacturer accepts returns. Return policies vary
with each manufacturer. The product is immediately available and
displayed on their web site at a price that is not an error. The store
is not a membership or discount club store. We cannot match prices that
are subsidized with membership fees.
All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling
charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be
returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new"
condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals
and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA
number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay
or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing
fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be
returned for credit or replacement.
