Shipping methods
When placing your order select from the shipping and handling drop-down
menu which method you wish RICOM to ship your product.
Options range from ground service to worldwide express. Most orders
placed prior to noon PST will ship same day. RICOM will
always ship inventory from the closest warehouse to your location.
Ground Service
Ground packages are delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping,
depending on the location of the warehouse your product is shipping
from.
Expedited (2 Days)
Packages shipped 2nd day service will be delivered in two business days
after shipping.
Express (Overnight)
Packages shipped express service will reach you in one business day
after shipping. If you need product shipped on a Friday for Saturday
delivery, please contact us. We can try to make it happen! Worldwide
services Product shipped using UPSs worldwide service reach customers
anywhere in the world in 1-10 days after shipping, depending on service
requested. Customers are liable for any import duties.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generated using UPS shipping tables. Costs are
generated by calculating weight, location of product and the zip code or
country the product is being shipped to.
Shipping Restrictions
RICOM does not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses. RICOM
does not ship single orders to multiple addresses. If you are looking to
ship products to separate locations, please place an order for each
address.
Shipping Refunds
If you paid for expedite shipping and did not receive your product in
time, please contact a RICOM customer service
representative at 800-997-8008.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged in shipping, please
contact a RICOM customer service representative at 800-997-8008.
